Based in Nairobi, Jason Loughnane works on Grameen Foundation's Capital Markets team, where he researches social businesses in Sub-Saharan Africa for potential investment by Grameen's Pioneer Fund. Prior to joining Grameen Foundation, Florence was a financial analyst in Hong Kong and Singapore with Macquarie Capital and Amity Energy Management. She has worked on a number of debt restructuring, refinancing, principal investment and third party equity raising transactions across industries including resources infrastructure, logistics, real estate, manufacturing, consumer and oil & gas services.    She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

Laura recently graduated from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver with a Master’s degree in International Development and an emphasis in environmental, sustainable development in Latin America.
