Partner With BWB

Partnering with Bankers without Borders is a way to engage your employees, members or students in projects that help fight poverty while also enhancing their professional development and advancing your philanthripic goals.

Ways To Power the Movement

Spread the word

Make sure your employees, students, or members are aware of BwB as a great way to volunteer their time and skills either through your organization or on their own time.  In return for your marketing help, we’ll track their participation and update you on a regular basis.

Sponsor a project

The best way to see the value of skillanthropy is to experience it firsthand.  Sponsoring a BwB project involves supplying the volunteer talent and covering the nominal costs associated with the end-to-end project management that our global team provides.  We will work with you to identify a pilot project that is aligned with your unique goals and objectives – whether it’s a daylong virtual engagement to an on-the-ground assignment in a specific market or type of social enterprise.

Co-create

Once we’ve proven our worth, we hope you’ll consider partnering with us to design and or implement your skills-based volunteering initiative.  We partner with Fortune 500 companies and universities to create turnkey programs and initiatives that result in shared value for the volunteer participants and their institutions as well as social enterprises and nonprofits and the poor families they serve.

The Human Resources Reserve Corps And The Human Capital Hub

Grameen Foundation recognizes that strong human capital management (HCM) practices enable pro-poor organizations to achieve more sustainable growth, reach greater numbers of the world’s poor and better serve their needs. The Human Resources (HR) Reserve Corps is an opportunity for your experienced HR employees to use their specialized skills to help poverty-focused organizations address complex HCM challenges. Our HR Reserve Corps volunteers utilize the Human Capital Hub framework to help social enterprises design and implement the human capital management practices needed to attract the right talent, motivate staff, and advance the organization’s mission.

HR professionals, people managers and others interested in HR as a tool to end poverty can learn more about HCM tools and best practices and for social enterprises, and access peer-exchange discussion boards at the Human Capital Hub.
